Directions For Today's Assignment:
There are 7 Elements of Art: Value, Form, Shape, Color, Space, Texture, and Line. Today we will focus on Color.
1. Look at the types of color, the Color Wheel, Color Psychology, and Business of Color below.
*Know that artists and designers use color to evoke different emotions and to symbolize many things.
2. Watch the video about color...you can fast forward if you need to :)
3. Create a drawing using your favorite color and only that color! Why is that your favorite color? What does this color say about you?
4. Take a photo and attach it to an email to me.
*If you pressed down harder in different areas of your drawing then it probably got darker. This is a way to show another Element of Art called: Value.
